Automotive Service Manager

Pepe Auto Group has an opening for a process-driven, experienced Automotive Service Manager. Our dealership offers an indoors drop-off area so you are never out in the elements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire technicians, service advisors, valets, car wash, and drivers
• Effectively communicate with techs, advisors and BDC to set expectations and daily workflow
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with customers, vendors and OEM representatives
• Assist marketing department by providing ideas to ensure future growth of service department
• Monitor incoming work and profit margins
• Perform weekly and monthly payroll entries
• Stay current on products, OSHA, and CSI training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive experience in a high volume, fast-paced, luxury store is required
• Technical automotive knowledge
• CDK experience preferred, not required, and must be adaptable to other technology
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
