Automotive Service Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Automotive Service department
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Schedule and assign work to service technicians
- Monitor and control inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair orders
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train and mentor service technicians to improve performance
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Service or repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Experience with brake repair, air brakes, shocks, struts, and wheel alignment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of service technicians
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling and financial management
