Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Provide highest quality service for the customer, yet control costs and manage inventory.
- Establish and maintain all managerial tools necessary to achieve strong and consistent profitability.
- Apply leadership skills to enable technician and service advisor employees to achieve the most success they can in a positive environment of team work.
- Hire, train, and support the best candidates available.
- Develop strong relationship with the manufacturer and their representatives.
- Comply with their policies and requirements.
- Administer warranty claims for accuracy and timely collection.
- Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Includes hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, workers comp, and other safety regulations.
- Co-ordinate with, and support, the automotive group’s management team.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of successful experience as a Service Manager in a franchise dealership.
- Ability to improve revenues and to control departmental expenses and profitability.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of DMS programs.
