As a Service Greeter, you will be the customer's first point of contact, setting the tone for an exceptional, high-level customer service experience. You'll ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels valued, heard, and is directed to the right place. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome customers into the service department, providing them with a warm greeting and exceptional service.
This 100% on-site role will pay 17.00 - 18.00 / hour and is considered entry-level. We encourage you to apply even if you are unsure if you qualify.
What you will bring:
- Previous valet or lot attendant experience is a plus but not required
- A customer-first attitude with a can-do approach
- Ability to follow directions and take feedback
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, sales team, service advisors, and the public
- Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and endure outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind
- At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
What you will be doing:
- Greet all customers in the Service Drive with a professional, friendly attitude, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person/location.
- Parking vehicles in the assigned areas of the Service Drive and designated locations on the lot.
- Maintain clean and safe Service Drive, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, and trash, including janitorial duties as needed.
- Assisting with other tasks that the Service Department may need to succeed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
