Collision Repair Shop in Federal Way looking for a friendly Customer Service rep who is personable and task oriented. This job requires a great attitude and some knowledge of cars. Daily tasks involve greeting customers, explaining the repair process, inspecting damages with customers, answering telephone calls, scheduling and updating customers, accepting payments, checking in cars prior to repairs, tracking parts with vendors, checking in and mirror matching parts, keeping track of vehicle repair statuses, and making sure customers are satisifed with the repair process and their questions are answered. Other duties include closing repair orders, managing accounts receivables, and bookeeping. Friendliness and a positive attitude are the most important qualities needed in this position. Prior Customer Service experience in the industry preferred but not required..
