How You Will Make an Impact
Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Certified Porsche Service Technician/Mechanic, you will assist the dealership in revamping new and used vehicles to sell to our customers. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.
What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers
• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to ensure customer loyalty
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer
• Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Achieve targeted Customer Satisfaction Index

• 3+ years of prior automotive diagnostic, and repair experience required
• A strong focus on customer service
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record
