Automotive Service Attendant

Position Details:

• Location: 9000 N Division St, Spokane, WA
• Schedule: Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM (Specific schedule to be determined upon hiring)
• Pay: Hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a positive customer experience by greeting customers warmly, assisting with their vehicle needs, and maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout interactions.
• Washing customers' vehicles after they have been serviced using proper equipment and techniques
• Preparing vehicles for service appointments by installing disposable seat covers and floor mats, inspecting vehicles for damage, and ensuring all key tags are in place
• Delivering vehicles to the appropriate location for dispatch and retrieving vehicles as notified by the Service Manager
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized service area, including janitorial duties as needed
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management to support the service department
• Shuttling customers to and from our dealership as needed.

Qualifications:

• A customer-first attitude with a can-do approach
• An ability to follow directions and take feedback
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• An ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• The capacity to stand for prolonged periods and endure outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous Automotive Service Attendant or lot attendant experience (A plus but not required)
