You MUST possess a positive attitude, dependability, and exceptional detail-orientated skills. The Service Advisor is responsible for creating compelling, long-term customer relationships, consulting with customers on service needs, meeting monthly sales goals, performing a thorough vehicle walk around inspection and ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Consistent follow-up with customer's on required maintenance & CSI.
• Requirements
• Must have previous Service Advisor experience. 
• Excellent communication skills with your customers
• Excellent problem solver.
• Ability to multi-task and superb organizational skills.
• Precise follow-up skills and detail-orientated.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, including Saturday
