Expectations:
Greet all customers in a friendly, positive attitude.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
Create estimates based on technician diagnostics and recommendations.
Communicate clearly with customers to identify what their needs are and what is being recommended.
Be a liaison between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle.
Order parts needed in a timely manner.
Ensure parts are returned if not needed.
Provide an exceptional customer experience through education and superior customer service.
Answer phone and schedule appointments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license
Computer proficiency
Ability to work without direct supervision
Outgoing and positive attitude
Neat & professional appearance
Clear communication skills
Energetic
Team player who can work alongside technicians and be willing to learn
Drug free & able to pass a drug screening
Background check will be performed before hiring
