We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented seasoned Service Advisor to join our team at our automotive dealership in Florence/Darlington area.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. If you have a passion for automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns or requests
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess maintenance or repair needs
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for automotive repairs or services
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or services
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
- Explain recommended repairs or services to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing for services rendered
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Proficient in auto estimating and service writing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
