```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating, invoicing, and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document vehicle issues and repair recommendations
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
