Job Description
Automotive Service Advisor/Writer responsibility
Meet and greet customers.
Write-up repair orders for service work requested.
Make recommendation and upsell, advise of maintenance needs for customers vehicle.
Provide customers with estimate of repairs.
Answer phone and schedule appointments for repairs.
Help maintain and manage shop flow and capacity.
Dispatch repairs to proper technician for repairs.
Communicate and follow up with customers on vehicle repairs and status via in person, phone, text, or email.
Keep good service writer advisor records and documentation.
Have understanding of General Motors warranty policies and procedures.
Ensure a excellent customer experience.
Retail sales and automotive experience suggested.
Must be have good communication skills.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must have basic math skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
