Satchworks Auto Repair in Port Hadlock Washington is seeking to hire a Service Advisor to add to our team. We are a very busy auto repair facility with an immediate need for additional staff.
Enjoy weekends off and an 8-5 Monday thru Friday schedule. Paid holidays, vacation and fully paid medical dental and vision insurance. Pay is hourly with incentives based on sales. Our immediate need is for a Service Advisor but the opportunity is there to transition into more of a management role for the right person. Pay scale is based off of experience. No experience necessary as long as the personality and work ethic is what we are looking for. Great customer service skills are a must. We offer industry specific training and coaching tailored to your experience level.
Job duties include

Job duties include
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing repair orders, writing estimates, ordering parts, selling work to customers, managing work flow through the shop etc.
- We strive to offer the best possible experience to our customers with customer satisfaction being our number 1 goal. We feel confidant we can train from the ground up if the person has the right attitude and ability to learn and retain information.
- Candidate will be working side by side with an experienced Service Advisor who is ready to help train and build the skills that are needed to be successful.
We are a small tight nit group of people that all work together to accomplish a common goal of taking care of the cars and people in our community while earing a livable wage. We have regular shop gatherings, BBQ's and paid lunches all aimed to build a team atmosphere that helps us stay united and on the same page.
Satchworks was founded in 1999 and is very well established in our community. We have been voted best of Jefferson county multiple years in a row by the peninsula daily news and Port Townsend leader newspapers. We are a family owned business that has grown a lot over the last 5 years. We pride ourselves in taking care of the community and our employees.
