We are currently seeking a highly motivated customer service representative interested in providing fantastic customer service & eager to learn from and/or work with some of the best in the business. We are a fast paced, high energy shop with a great group of long term employees. We have 5 master technicians on staff and 2 mid level technicians who are learning from some of the best technicians in the industry. We have all the amenities that customers love, a shuttle service, a hand car wash and a great quality control process to ensure we are fixing customers vehicles right the first time.

General Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the technicians
- Communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and provide detailed invoices to customers
_ Experience_
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics
- Familiarity with automotive parts and brand quality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
