We are Courtesy Automotive Group, a local family-owned business that has been operating franchised automobile dealerships in Arizona and California. Due to the growth of both our brand and franchise, we are looking to add a Service Advisor to the team. Courtesy Automotive Group is also the ONLY franchised Polestar franchise in the state of Arizona, with a new dedicated Polestar Space in the Scottsdale Fashion Square in April 2022.

What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
- Track record of top sales and CSI
- Ability to remain organized and focused in a fastpaced environment
- A professional who is calm under pressure
- A candidate who is wellgroomed and presents themselves well

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
- Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand
- Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner
- Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
- Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
- Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
- Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience at an automotive dealership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
