We are looking for motivated self starters. The ideal candidate will be positive, trainable and coachable. Our candidates will also be tech enthusiast with good communication and people skills.

No experience necessary. Individuals with prior experience working in phone/computer sales, cable/satellite TV sales, hospitality/customer service are encouraged to apply and usually do well in the automotive sales industry.

Responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.

Provide customers a thorough needs analysis.

Make suitable product recommendations.

Deliver professional presentations and demonstration test drives.

Negotiate deals with customers.

Accurately log activities in our CRM.

Generate leads for our F&I managers.

Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure an exceptional experience and to generate referrals.

Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales.

Specific skills required:
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Excellent communication skills using the latest technologies and social media. Experience building a loyal client base highly regarded.
Knowledge of current trends and news plus a strong desire to learn and do more.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
