Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
- Maintain an elevated level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
