Job Description
- Use your knowledge of MYCAR inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military to name just a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales!
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
- Sell yourself & make a great impression of your workplace and process.
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories.
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
