The Receptionist assist visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; welcoming and directing them appropriately. The Receptionist directs visitors by maintaining employee directories and notify company personnel of a visitor arrival. They possess superior communication skills, have a pleasant and friendly disposition and can effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities include:
Filing
Heavy phones with multiple lines
Effective communication: taking messages, deciphering importance of phone calls
Provides administrative assistance as needed
Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner
Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
Other responsibilities as assigned
