Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ford Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Ford Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles and providing exceptional service. Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Negotiate pricing with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Market parts and accessories to increase sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Automotive Parts is an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
