General Summary
Campbell Marketing is looking for an automotive specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate is very familiar with high-performance parts, has strong technical knowledge, and possesses a welcoming personality. We are looking for someone who is comfortable assisting customers both on the phone and in written communications.
Our Tech Line Specialist will receive incoming inquiries about performance parts, applications, parts availability, and assembly. This position is also responsible for day-to-day responses and resolutions to inquiries. Current shifts for this role are Monday – Friday.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming & out-bound phone calls from performance vehicle prospects, owners, dealers, and club members. Topics include technical data about performance parts and products, warranty support, requests for current/historical performance vehicle information, production data, dealer referrals, memorabilia sales and requests for club/event materials.
- Assist account staff with research, planning and implementation of client activities & projects.
- With supervision, duties may also include:
- Write newsletter stories and articles.
- Research budget information for client-approved work or proposals.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and attend client planning sessions.
- Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures and processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Degree in marketing or business.
- Technical knowledge of cars, with an emphasis on high-performance vehicles a must (knowledge to include, but not limited to, engines, drivelines, and suspension).
- Technical knowledge of aftermarket performance parts, brands, manufacturers, and distributors
- Knowledge of business practices and communications.
- Very strong interpersonal (verbal and written) skills required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- May require light travel (4/year). May require occasional weekend/evening hours and some physical activities such as standing and/or walking on a racetrack or equivalent surface for extended periods of time.

Additional Information
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
- A valid Driver License and clear driving record are required.
- The company is currently working on a hybrid basis; however, some in-office days (Dearborn, MI) will be required at times.
- Salary Range: Starts at $41,375.00 annually – negotiable based on experience.
