SalaryOur brand new Genesis location,"Genesis of Mentor", in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking to add a full-timeTelephone Operator/Receptionistto their team (due to a recent internal promotion).
Our Full-timeTelephone Operator/Receptionist works Monday thru Thursday from 8:00m to 4:00pm; and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Our Telephone Operator/Receptionist intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers. S/he is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times. S/he may greet customers as they enter the showroom and directs them to the appropriate party in accordance with dealership policies and answers basic inquiries.
