Job Summary
Pallotta Ford is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Telephone Operator to join our administrative team in Wooster, Ohio. This is an individual contributor role and the core responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, provide attentive customer service, direct calls to appropriate staff, and greet customers upon their arrival.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide customer service to callers
Think quickly and answer questions efficiently
Dispatch calls to the appropriate staff member
Greet customers upon their arrival
Update customer data and enter information into the database
Maintain organization of the front desk and reception area
Support team members with general administrative tasks
Create detailed reports on all incoming and outgoing call activity
Process customer payments
Requirements
High School diploma
At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service advocate
Previous experience working in the auto industry is a plus
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient on computers and common software programs
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
