Schedule: Onsite, M-F (1st shift)
Contract: 12 months (possible extension/conversion to direct)
Compensation: $26-29/hour (with optional benefits)

JOB SUMMARY:
As an Electronics Technician, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, supporting production issues at an automotive facility and potentially solving on-site customer issues with equipment. Your role will involve collaborating with senior technicians and engineers, testing vehicles and parts/components, and performing configuration changes and repairs. You'll follow engineering procedures, standards, and specifications to resolve issues with production vehicles and potentially validate new product designs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, integrate, set up, and commission electronics equipment at production facilities and customer sites.
- Read and interpret Bills of Material, 2D Prints, electrical schematics, and physical floor plan diagrams.
- Assemble and install electrical and electronic systems according to provided engineering data.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes for electrical issues with harnesses, cables, and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify, define, and resolve issues in production or at customer sites.
- Confirm the function of equipment prior to customer acceptance.
- Plan and schedule daily activities to complete assignments in their order of priority.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in an automotive facility or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 10-30%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in automotive engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of automotive and mechanical terms.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands: Frequent Standing, Walking/Running, Reaching, Driving, Bending/Kneeling, Hearing, Talking, Visual, Manual Dexterity; Occasional Climbing, Typing, Fine Dexterity, Lifting/Carrying, and Pushing/Pulling up to 50lbs.; Seldom Sitting, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion.
