Your Role:

The Chemical Manufacturing Operations Technician will be part of the Chemical Manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. The team of Operations Technicians are responsible for receiving, decontaminating, rebuilding, and filling our vessels with ultra-pure chemistries. Job duties include:

  • Manual and Automated vessel decontamination
  • Perform hazardous waste consolidation
  • Acid wash stainless steel and quartz vessels
  • Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment
  • Assist with unloading trucks and receiving as required
  • Assist the Engineering team with troubleshooting system issues
  • Perform data entry
  • Inspect vessels and documentation for correctness and completeness

Physical Attributes:

  • Wear a full-face air-purifying respirator and other PPE
  • Lift up to 50 pounds

Who You Are :

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience handling chemicals
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets and written work instructions
  • A strong focus on quality and safety
  • Experience using Microsoft suite including (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
  • Experience using SAP
  • Ability to use hand tools

RSREMD

Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses
