Job Description
The candidate will work in a team work environment, assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies, perform QA Testing and battery charging duties.
Candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills and abilities, or the fast learner in mechanical dexterity, assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring and ability to comprehend basic prints and wiring diagrams.
Job Duties include the following areas:
Assemble small size battery packs and related sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
Spot soldering and welding for electrical board (PCB).
Perform electronic QC testing for Incoming PO, FAI.
Charge batteries according to defined operating procedure.
Perform electronic QC testing for outbound assembled products.
Nimh/NiCD and LiPo battery cell matching.
Qualifications
Attention to details and responsible work attitudeExcellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity
Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures
Team player with good communication, interpersonal skills
Soldering experience is a preferred
Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly is a plus

Salary DOE $19-$22/hr. Eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance and 401K with company match, paid holidays.
