SalaryBilling/Title Specialist
Napleton Fleet Group is the largest dealer fleet group in the country selling over 25,000 vehicles per year to fleet customers. Napleton Fleet Group is looking to fill this position which will be responsible for preparing and processing vehicle billing, title, and registration nationwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare client vehicle billings.
- Prepare title and registration documents for Courtesy Delivery dealers.
- Check for accuracy of all documents.
- Client communication as needed to complete billing and paperwork.
- Follow up with fleet client, fleet driver or Courtesy Delivery dealer regarding delivery.
- Must be willing to cross train for other positions in the office.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of automotive Biller/License and Title automotive and or fleet experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
