Our newly renovated Mazda dealership is looking for an experienced Full Time Automotive Biller/Title Clerk with tremendous room for growth, not to mention an exciting opportunity that could lead to a long career in the automotive industry. If you are a self-starter who communicates well with others and takes pride in your work, we have a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Billing new and used car deliveries, as well as wholesale and swaps.
• Process all in transit DMV paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain police book in Verify.
• Stocking in vehicles, manage plates and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date.
• Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution.
• Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite and Verify, but willing to train the right person.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Full time position working alternating Saturdays/Sundays.
• Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire in a professional matter.
• You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
• You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
