SalaryWe are looking for an Experienced Automotive Biller. The Automotive biller must have dealership experience. The position pays $22-$24 plus monthly bonuses! The Automotive Biller must be able to keep up with volume of 300+ deals a month.
Automotive Biller Responsibilities:
- Processing/input of all purchased units in Accounting system
- Cutting payoff checks
- Submitting Aftermarket Products
- Keeping detailed aftermarket product schedules
- Submitting Aftermarket cancellations & keeping clean schedules
- Filing of retail deals for the year
- Cleaning Inventory Schedules
- Processing Reserve Statements
- Calculating fees for used inventory
- Running deal payoffs on trade vehicles, cutting checks, mailing
- Fill in Receptionist for lunches/breaks
- Processing of overpayments or shortages through mistake accounts in CDK
- Billing of retail new and used car deals
- Calculation of used vehicles licensing and registration fees
- Calculation of ready to be processing title work fees
- Processing of new and used vehicle deals
- Creation of trade packets and processing of title work
- Clean schedules weekly
Qualifications:
- MUST have previous dealership experience
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skill – both written and oral
- Time Management – prioritizing workload
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
- Experience with CDK is a plus
- Available to work Monday - Friday in an office setting
- Must be 18 or over
