SalaryOur North Phoenix Dealership is seeking a focused, experienced Automotive Biller.
You would need to ensure proper billing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales
A general ledger posting of all sales and cost of sales accounts
verify all proper documentation is included in deals
process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately
process lien payoffs for trade-ins
verifying and calculating sales commissions
review and maintain schedules
verify sales tax is calculated properly
work closely with sales and finance
audit car deals to ensure compliance with company policy
Automotive Billing experience is a must!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
