Responsibilities:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the best insurance coverage for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and answer any questions or concerns
- Analyze client's current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or changes
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for managing client information and generating quotes
