Responsibilities: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance contracts - Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements - Familiarity with telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure appointments - Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance concepts to clients - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Experience in benefits administration is a plus - Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and manage risks.
