-Extensive knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell Cloud Estimating
-Extensive knowledge of parts ordering software: OPS Trax, Collision Link, and PartsTrader
-Experience with insurance DRP programs
-Ability to locate parts and negotiate prices
-Inspect vehicle and write detailed estimate
-Friendly and personable towards customers and team members
