Currently, we are seeking a full-time Collision Estimator for our Citrus Heights facility, located at 7633 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights, CA 95610.

Essential Job Duties:
- Committed to the highest level of customer service, including effective and clear communication on repair plans and vehicle status updates; stay in contact with customers during the entire repair process, work to address all customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction when repairs are complete.
- Well versed in all aspects of collision estimating, including production, parts, and utilization of Update Promise; knowledgeable of Nexsyis, CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex; prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery.
- Ensure files are opened in compliance with insurance DRP standard operating procedures as well as in compliance with the California BAR regulations, including obtaining appropriate authorizations.
- Work closely with the body technicians and insurance companies to ensure all repairs are of quality and are in line with the repairs that are written and approved by the insurance company while also within Kniesel’s standards.
- Proven track record of successful time management, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and the coordination of repair plan management across all departments.
- Provide quality inspection, analyze and evaluate damaged vehicles to create a thorough estimate for insurance carriers.
- Prioritize and perform several functions simultaneously and consistently while using different databases such as CCC1, Mitchell, Parts Trader and OPSTrax.
- Provide administrative excellence by ensuring work file accuracy and standard operating procedures, the insurance company, and regulatory (BAR) compliance during repair and prior to vehicle delivery.
- Work alongside the Office Manager to ensure payments are verified and received for the repairs prior to vehicle delivery.
