Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality review of documents generated during recovery, processing, cryopreservation, labeling, storage and distribution of tissue.
- Responsible for review of all relevant medical documents pertaining to donor, including but not limited to, medical charts, autopsy reports, EMS reports, serology/culture reports, and other relevant medical documents for donor eligibility.
- Communications to recovery groups including, but not limited to, request for additional records/clarifications or recovery records.
- Responsible for making sure company adheres to Quality Management System (QMS) and all documents associated with program.
- Responsible for making sure company is compliant with adhering to Good Tissue Practices established by FDA 21 CFR Part 1271, AATB and company procedures and policies.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
