About the Role
With several offices across Ohio, you will join as Audit Manager where you will play a crucial role in leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee audit planning, review work papers, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and mentor and develop staff members.
You will be part of a team with an open-door policy between Partners & staff. Many Partners have grown up with the firm and they have not undergone any major mergers, preserving the unique culture that their employees love.
