They have space for an ambitious SM or Director to join their firm, and spend a substantial amount of time taking over the existing client relationships. This would guarantee your path to Partnership in the near future.
You'll need to be a CPA-qualified auditor, with a genuine love of business development. You'll spend 70% of your time networking with the firm's existing clients, ensuring they're well looked after, and proactively looking for ways to expand the services the firm sells.
