At&T Customer Support Associate

We are located right outside of Chicago and are looking for the next great addition to our AT&T Customer Support Associate team. Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level AT&T Customer Support Associates team. Our AT&T Customer Service Associates are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Support Associate:

• Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
• Train directly with seasoned Customer Service Representatives and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
• Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
• Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
• Display mastery of the entry-level Customer Service Representatives position by training newer representatives and team members
• Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts

Requirements of the AT&T Customer Support Associates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environment
• Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
• Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the AT&T Customer Support Associate

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,500.00 per year
