Summary
The Assistant Buyer works with the Buyer to oversee and maintain inventory levels by purchasing and supplying the best quality product to branches in order to meet customer expectations. This position also supports other Buyers and branches in sales efforts by researching equipment specifications and supplying information upon request. The location for this position is Beaumont, Texas.

Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of industry or purchasing experience required.
Must possess basic math and computer skills.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn’s customer and company branch locations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. A consistent presence at work is required.
