Our client is a successful RIA managing $1bil AUM based in Laguna Hills, CA. The rapidly growing firm is seeking a personable, energetic, and talented Associate Wealth Advisor to join their highly collaborative team of experts. The Associate Wealth Advisor is responsible for strong HNW client relationship management skills with a high level of detail, accuracy, and engaging client contact. You will be an integral part of the wealth management team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with existing pre-retiree and retired HNW individuals, non-profit and corporate client relationships, thoroughly addressing their current and changing needs.
- Thoroughly plan client meetings, maintain accurate notes and records regarding client matters in the CRM.
- Work closely with Client Service team to review required paperwork or updated documentation prior to meetings.
- Keep client service team members adequately informed on all active and pending client matters.
- Client relationship building, including ongoing and regular client contact and communications to be tracked, updated in CRM and reported to team on a regular basis.
- Communication with investment team on client portfolio updates and reviews, returns and new opportunity identification.
- Adhere to and follows firm processes and systems around team based subject matter expertise services and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics or related experience.
- 5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment management or fee based financial services
- Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional comprehensive "white glove" financial planning service to HNW clients for a minimum of 5 years
- CFP preferred, desire to become CFP will be considered
- TDA and Schwab custodian platform experience a plus
- Proficiency in eMoney preferred, experience with financial planning a plus
- Experience with Junxture CRM, Orion, Microsoft Office a plus
Compensation: $95,000-$125,000+ base salary depending on experience, excellent bonus
