Payroll / HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Processing payroll and all general ledger entries
- Monthly closing activities
- Benefit enrollment
- New hire set up including payroll election setup, garnishments, and payroll reports
Payroll/ HR Generalist Requirements
- Knowledge of labor laws preferred
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
- Ability to communicate with various departments and locations within the Company as well as external auditors.
- An Associate's Degree in accounting or a minimum of four years experience working with a computerized accounting system is required
- Qualified candidates having experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
