In this role, you will be a key member of the Store, Inventory, and Product team, working on simplifying the End-to-End Inventory experience for Store partners at Starbucks. Your focus will specifically be on supporting the strategy to understand and deploy foundational change to stores, initially focusing on replacing legacy software with touchpoints across Store Ops and Supply Chain, under the RIO program. You will take the lead on developing an approach to roll out new product data constructs that will impact users and systems, and support more general strategic development work across the program. This is a highly cross functional role, engaging with multiple Store Operations teams, Global Supply Chain, Master Data Operations and Starbucks Technology on a regular basis.
As a ASM with this team, you will…
- Gain proficiency in, and help to evolve strategies needed to transform how product data is managed in retail stores
- Develop and deploy new business processes to meet the needs of the evolving system landscape
- Work cross functionally with numerous teams and in flight projects to align disparate groups towards common goals related to simplifying Store Inventory processes
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Experience with enterprise systems and data transformation projects with retail companies (2+ years)
- Demonstrated process design and change management experience (2+ years)
