Looking for an associate manager for the Licensed Stores Integrated Product Strategy team, supporting product prioritization and promotional execution of seasonal campaigns across all categories. Integrated Product Strategy sits inside of the Product Portfolio team - strategically planning and analyzing what products we plan for go-to-market and when. Working in close partnership with marketing, portfolio analytics, and Food, Beverage, and Merchandise teams, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of menu initiatives that will transform the LS business. You will deliver revenue and margin growth for both Starbucks and Licensees that operate in a diverse set of environments and venues, representing +40% of the total US store portfolio.
As an associate manager, you will...
• Effectively manage the day-to-day execution of Go To Market Tools and Processes for the Licensed Stores busine
• Have a wide purview of leading tactical inputs across Beverage, Food, and Lobby categories.
• Support the creation of seasonal Product Strategy for all promotions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
  • 1-2yrs of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management
