General Summary:
The Associate, Remarketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting functions and processes related to property tax administration and reconciliation activities supporting asset-remarketing objectives within the Remarketing Teams processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance. All requests must be managed in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's. This role requires the ability to collaborate across company stakeholders and problem solve supporting general account servicing. The position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business demand and operations. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conclude and perform lease and retail auto sales closing transactions supporting auction cash processing accuracy and timeliness.
2. Generate, send, collect, and retain documents and information as requested ensuring compliance and accuracy per HCA's Policy and Procedures.
3. Initiate outbound calls to customers and municipalities for the purposes of recovering property tax refunds. Perform registration/plate cancellation to suppress unnecessary assessments. Collect data and perform research as necessary. Be available for general incoming calls and respond to emails received daily.
4. Process requests in accordance with Remarketing's SLAs. This includes task prioritization, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with communication expectations.
5. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
6. All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic user level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong interpersonal skills that promotes team success and development
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize goals to meet business objectives
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Systemic thinker with a keen ability for process improvement
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in vehicle remarketing desired
• Automotive retail and/or lease experience a plus
• Must be a high school graduate
• Associate degree preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
