Job Description
We're seeking a dependable Associate Project Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team as the primary contact for scheduling, organizing, and communicating between outside and inside personnel to build and service commercial kitchen equipment. From taking down information, transferring messages, or tracking vehicle routes, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to ongoing commercial kitchen projects and manufacturing.
Our ideal candidate will have superb multitasking skills along with the ability to make decisions independently. As our goal is to transmit accurate information in a timely manner, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Associate Project Coordinator / Dispatcher Responsibilities- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls
- Work closely with Project Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure requirements are met
- Document important information
- Prioritize calls by urgency level
- Dispatch necessary resources to locations as needed
- Communicate with units in the field from time to time to assist in prioritizing their daily schedules
- Keep up-to-date call logs, records, and any other appropriate documentation
- File contact and project data into company CRM and ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- [1-2] years experience in a similar role
- Superb communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Above-average typing skills
