Position Purpose:
As a Paid Search Associate Media Manager at The Home Depot, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and overseeing the development and execution of best-in-class Paid Search strategies that surpass expectations. The Paid Search Associate Media Manager will work cross-functionally with Category Marketing, Vendor Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to execute and optimize Paid Search strategies across Google, Bing and other biddable media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Paid Search experience managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads paid management platforms
- Mastery of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM (Search Ads 360 DoubleClick, Skai/Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe, etc)
- Active Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, SA360, Skai/Kenshoo or Marin Certifications preferred
- Possess a basic understanding of all digital media disciplines
- Strong project and time management skills are a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Expert-level Excel and strong PowerPoint (PPT) skills
- Previous media agency experience preferred
- Must be a team player willing to provide support where needed with projects and planning

Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience actively managing and implementing large omni-channel digital programs and budgets at an agency and/or large retailer
- Previous experience with retail websites and analytics
- Previous experience working with large established digital properties such as Google, Youtube, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook experience with newer properties such as Pinterest and Twitter a major plus
- Solid understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, tracking codes, etc.
- Presentation and writing skills
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
