Our client a boutique firm located in Atlanta, Georgia that has been representing dentists, veterinarians, and physicians in Georgia and across the country for over 36 years. Our firm operates with genuine, straightforward principles to provide clients with the highest quality representation for the distinctive business and legal needs of healthcare professionals. We act as general counsel to our clients, with a core focus on mergers/acquisitions, associate agreements, commercial leases, construction disputes, restrictive covenants, associate buy-ins, practice start-ups, and board complaints.

Role Description

·         This is a full-time, hybrid role as an Associate.

• Knowledge of Contract, Corporate, Real Estate, Construction, Labor, and Employment Law

·         The candidate should have 3-5 years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare, and their responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting contracts, Asset Purchase Agreements, commercial leases, and construction agreements, as well as facilitating mergers/acquisitions, reconciling employment and labor issues, and advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters such as HIPAA and OSHA.

Candidates need to be self-assured and oriented, with an excellent work ethic and have strong communication skills to be able to directly interact with clients.
