The DX has and will continue to apply Kantar VR capabilities in areas like Category Line Reviews, Innovation, Secondary Displays/Equipment, Shopper Marketing, Aisle Reinvention, and business storytelling movies. Projects can span PepsiCo’s US Large and Small Format customers, or be featured at industry tradeshows like NACS.
- Manage the lifecycle of DX projects using Kantar’s VR capabilities, from requirements intake through delivery to business stakeholders.
- Act as Content Manager: Gather required imagery for products, merchandising equipment, displays, planograms, etc.
- As needed, act as Creative Editor: Creating fly-throughs, looped videos, enhanced visual imagery within the Kantar VR environment.
- Work with internal partners (DX Space, Category Leadership, GBS teams) and external vendor (animators, technical developers) to complete projects.
- Support PepsiCo’s total product portfolio (PBNA, FLNA, QFNA).
- Support Shopper Strategy Manager on other DX projects as workload allows.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s degree required, in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of category management, sales, strategy, or field experience.
- Minimum 1 year of working with Kantar’s Virtual Reality (VR) capabilities, applying them towards real-world business cases with retail customers and FMCG, preferably in Food & Beverage.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills; manages multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of JDA space planning software preferred but not required.
- Experience in Monday.com project management preferred but not required.
