3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate HR Coordinator for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
- Must be willing to work a 9:30am - 6:30pm or 9am - 6pm shift.
- Must be based in Tampa, FL.
Works under general supervision to provide tactical support to the Staffing Team (Staffing Consultant, Candidate Developer, and Staffing Lead). Responsibilities include:
- Input information into the resume and relocation databases per specifications (e.g. input resumes, drug screen completion, background check completion).
- Demonstrate the ability to work with managers and administrative coordinators in all lines of business to effectively complete assignments (e.g. candidate travel arrangements and interview schedules).
- Demonstrate the ability to work with outside vendors (e.g. Primacy, Choice Point, Aim Relocation).
- Assist in overall candidate experience (e.g. point of contact for onsite interviews).
- Ensure that all paperwork is complete and accurate (e.g. candidate agenda's, applications, candidate evaluation forms and offer letters).
- Create individual candidate files and maintain retention according to specifications.
- Contributes to process improvements and developing solutions to establish best practices.
- May provide procedural guidance to others.
- Applies experience and judgment in making decisions or resolving issues

Top Must Have Skills:
- 2+ years experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or Payroll.
- At least 1 year of HR experience and a lot of customer service experience.
- Effective analytical thinking and attention to detail or related internship experience demonstrating same.
- Strong team player who can collaborate with colleagues on complex tasks.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Triage inquiries/ raise issues according to defined processes and procedures; These issues may include: navigational support/answers regarding Workday, payroll, incident management.
- Perform transactions and suggest improvements in Workday while maintaining content in the team's knowledgebase program.
- Use pro-active communications to contribute to improving relationships and service levels with staff and Center of Excellence partners.
- Providing superb customer service as measured by Service Level Agreements and contact center metrics.
- Support and back up other team members in their daily activities while encouraging and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
- Manage other assigned activities as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Professional administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources/Staffing; strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.
- Must be able to prioritize workload, multi-task and work well in a team environment.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent proof reading skills.
- Education requirements:

Associate degree and 4 years of Customer Service experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred Not Required)
- ServiceNow experience
- Workday or other HR tool experience preferred.
