We are looking for an Associate Director of Social Strategy to help develop, implement and execute social media strategy for client TikTok handles. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in social media strategy within the digital media industry, an agency, or brand - including extensive experience with TikTok. You will have a grasp of both strategy and creative, with knowledge of platform best practices, the ability to communicate learnings in an effective way across teams and stakeholders, plus content ideas that will help achieve growth KPIs and delight audiences. You will also have a keen eye for insights, with the ability to analyze content performance data and analytics for trends and opportunities.
You are operational and highly organized in nature, with experience in managing clients and multi-layered projects. You have the ability to proactively manage timelines and client needs, while constantly evaluating and recognizing the needs of the business/program, and adjusting accordingly.

Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience building social media audiences, especially on TikTok
- 6+ years working for an agency, digital publisher, and/or brand
- Project/Account/Client Management experience preferred
- Solid communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Comprehensive understanding of project/account management
- You will be a proven creative and data-driven thinker who understands the importance of both art and science when it comes to social content success
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of client TikTok handles' strategy and operation
- Managing strategists and content creators
- Content planning and schedule ownership
- Produce and present regular reporting, inclusive of content analysis and strategic recommendations
- Alongside the Senior Account Director, you will be a main point person for the client/s to communicate needs, priorities and ideas
